Hello to the entire world. It has been one year since having our beautiful daughter and I am JUST NOW beginning to become loyal to my new fitness lifestyle. I have learned a lot of things the first year of motherhood and how to time manage my new (and wonderful) life.
Last year has brought many adventurous and awesome things---> had our baby girl, got engaged, got inspired to participate in my first half marathon, had a great fall semester in class.
This year will bring me to tears of happiness with getting married, running my first half marathon, going on honeymoon to someplace I've never been, Harper learning all new things (like walking and talking), and I'm sure more surprises.
What I really plan to accomplish this year is my fitness level. The half marathon is in April and I will begin my strict training program at the end of January. My birthday is also in April so it'd be a great present to myself to accomplish something to huge and on my bucket list.
So I have created this blog to show my progress through things I eat, how I workout, when I workout, my running regimen, and how I'm feeling throughout these next few months. I will be posting photos of my progress once a month and I hope to see a change each time! If anyone comes across this blog I hope you may be inspired.
